This study describes the influence of chemotherapy on patients' eating habits in context resource-limited countries. is a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional patients who have been prescribed followed throughout this treatment at Yalgado Ouedraogo University Hospital. We collected data initial dietary coping strategies during medical oncology consultations. One hundred two were collected, aged 49.19 years average. compared food consumption diversity scores before chemotherapy, usual diet our local cereals tubers accompanied by vegetables animal proteins. During 81.4% experienced both quantitative qualitative taste olfactory changes. The mean score was 58.5 57.5 (p = 0.005). 5.27 versus 4.9 < 0.0001). 50 had fewer meals, 20 increased their intake.
